1. Controller
ARCKONE SRL, Rue Beyaert 83, 7500 Tournai, Belgium, is responsible for processing your data. Contact: hello@kadolino.com.
2. What we collect
Your name, e-mail address and delivery address; the text of your story and the photos you upload; the details of your order; payment confirmation from our payment provider (we never see your card number); technical logs needed to keep the site running.
3. Why, and on what basis
To create and deliver your comic (performance of the contract); to issue invoices and keep accounts (legal obligation); to answer your messages and prevent fraud (legitimate interest); to send you news about Kadolino only if you asked for it (consent, withdrawable at any time).
4. Your photos
Photos are used only to draw your comic. They are stored on servers in the European Union, are never shared with advertisers, never published and never used to train an AI model. They are deleted automatically 30 days after delivery, or immediately when you ask.
5. Who else sees your data
Our processors, bound by contract: hosting and e-mail providers, the image generation provider, the printer (name and delivery address only) and the payment provider. The list is available on request. We do not sell data.
6. How long we keep it
Photos: 30 days after delivery. Story text and comic file: 12 months, so you can reorder a copy. Order and invoice data: 7 years, as required by Belgian accounting law.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive your data, and object to or restrict its processing, by writing to hello@kadolino.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
8. Cookies and measurement
This website uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be set by the ordering tool and the payment provider, which is why there is no cookie banner.
To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics: no cookie, no identifier stored on your device, no fingerprinting. It records the page you opened, the country, where you came from and how fast the page loaded, plus one event when the form is submitted — never your name and never your e-mail address. You cannot be recognised from it, here or on any other site.
