Christmas
The present nobody else will have under the tree.
Christmas comics are usually about the whole family, so the story has more characters. Collect one photo per person early, and let one person write.
An example
Rosa
71. A Christmas gift from her son, starring the dog.
The story Rosa's son turned her year into a Christmas story: the garden, the dog that steals slippers, the phone call every Sunday at six. Watercolour, printed, wrapped, under the tree.
Story ideas
- The year of the family, one page per month.
- Grandma's life, told by the grandchildren, in watercolour.
- The Christmas dinner that goes wrong every year, retold as an epic.
How it works
Four steps. Five minutes of your time. One comic.
You tell your story
A memory, a meeting, a whole year. A few lines are enough, we guide you on every screen.
Prompts help if the blank page scares you.
You add your photos
One sharp photo per person, face clearly visible. We draw your features into every panel.
A front-facing, well-lit photo gives the best result.
